Fitness Training for General Population

I believe the most important aspect to fitness is learning to move. We start with coordination, then progress to stability, strength, endurance and power. This program can be scaled to any level of fitness.

Basketball Fitness For Adults

Do you know you need more cardio but don’t enjoy running. Why not use basketball workouts as your cardio instead? I have a workout program that teaches you how to play basketball and burns more calories than traditional running. You’ll improve your basketball skills, get all the benefits of a great cardio workout, and actually enjoy exercising!

Fitness Training For All Athletes

My speciality in skill development is for basketball players. I also have experience teaching all around athleticism to a variety of athletes including but not limited to soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, football and baseball players.

We will develop strength, agility, jumping ability, stamina in a way that directly translates to success in your sport.

Send me your game film and I will send it back with a full breakdown that highlights the positives and areas in need of improvement.

Basketball Training

I believe in teaching basketball players a style of play that helps their team win. Meaning I teach a well rounded skill set that begins with the fundamentals and progresses to the advanced skills at an appropriate pace. You will learn ballhandling, defense, passing, finishing, post game, shooting and game situations.

Nutritonal Counseling

As a certified nutrition coach, I will help you plan and stick to a nutritional plan that suits whatever you goal you have, whether that goal is losing weight, gaining muscle, improving health or improving athletic performance.
